Debono is a wonderful and creative thinker. He offers some stunningly brilliant insights into the rules of competition and how they have changed in today's market. We particularly like his concept of sur-petition, which says that is often much smarter to avoid competition by instead creating something that nobody else is doing. In essence, he urges more companies to innovate and create a game that only they can play as a means to win and dominate in a marketplace.
